If required by our customers, we extend our support in seeking a felicitous Financing company for procuring new equipment.
GUIDANCE FOR AERB/PNDT REGISTRATION
It is mandatory for all users/owners of medical diagnostic x-ray equipment to obtain License/Registration for Operation of the equipment from AERB as per Atomic Energy (Radiation Protection) Rules 2004. It is also mandatory for PNDT registration before procuring an Ultrasonography machine for your centre / institute.
We are happy to extend our guidance / support to our customers for the necessary registration with AERB or PNDT.
POST-SALES SUPPORT
Our OEM's are primarily responsible for after-sales service support for the equipment supplied by us. This support includes pre-installation, installation, warranty and post-warranty service support. However, if situation demands, we do take the onus for any assistance required for optimal performance of their medical imaging equipment.
Our post-sales support is the driving force behind maintaining sustained customer relationships.
